GW Hospital Health Connections

As senior producer of GW Hospital's podcast, GW Hospital Health Connections, I was responsible for conducting strategy meetings with the client, scheduling recordings, directing and participating in recordings as interviewer, managing the schedule of a team of editors, quality controlling the audio episode and video socials, and coordinating episode releases.

While I worked on this project for BB&R Wellness Consulting, I was responsible for scheduling multiple recordings a week, managing one or two releases a week, managing an audio editor, client meetings, producing weekly analytics reports, quality controlling social clips, and delivering social assets to the client.

Pod for the Cause

As senior producer of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights' podcast, Pod for the Cause, I was responsible for conducting weekly strategy meetings with the client, scheduling recordings, directing recordings, managing the schedule of a team of editors, quality controlling the audio episode and video socials, and coordinating episode releases.

Liberty + Leadership

While I worked on this project with The Fund for American Studies, I was responsible for writing each episode shooting script, introduction, and episode copy. I managed episode scheduling, directed talent during the recording, managed video and audio editors, and managed each episode's release.

Here to Lead

As senior producer of The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's Here to Lead podcast, I was responsible for conducting weekly strategy meetings with the client, scheduling recordings, directing recordings, managing the schedule of a team of editors, quality controlling the audio episode and video socials, and coordinating episode releases.

GW Hospital Promotional Videos

For this project, I was tasked with creating four ergonomics videos for GW Hospital. I created storyboards for each, including animation, directed talent during the recordings, and managed the entire post production and client approval process.

Live Stream Events - Constitution Day Live

While I was at the Bill of Rights Institute from 2019-2022, I managed the annual production and entire live stream of their annual Constitution Day events, which lasted from three to four and half hours. The 2022 production linked here involved live streaming on YouTube through a three camera setup, 5 alternating microphones, merging camera shots into Zoom meetings, and alternating between streaming live camera shots and pre-recorded content utilizing the production software Sling.

Fabric of History

For each podcast episode at the Bill of Rights Institute, I managed brainstorming meetings with teams and make decisions on content based off listener data and company strategy. I was responsible for leading strategy meetings to decide on season content, maintaining an effective recording schedule for podcast co-hosts and guests, editing all podcast episodes, writing marketing language necessary for release, and managing all releases.

Strayer University

I served as the main point of contact with Strayer University for a year and a half. I was in charge of coordinating all the logistics for their podcast on-site productions which included scheduling, calendar management, management of an on-site video engineer and audio engineer, and post-production supervisor.
